Jerusalem Society for the Welfare of Street Cats Present:
Don't let the Post-Holiday Blues get you down!
Join us for a unique, uplifting evening as Tova Saul discusses her first-hand encounter with untouched creation in Southeast Asia!
An Orthodox woman from Jerusalem's Jewish Quarter, Tova took "time out" from her life as a tour guide to realize a lifetime dream of touring Thailand, Cambodia, and Indonesia. Traveling alone, she visited tiny remote villages and hamlets where she was the only Westerner, serving as a good will ambassador for Israel and Jews everywhere.
In Jerusalem for the Holidays before resuming her travels, Tova will discuss
her unique experiences:
" Visiting tropical forests and volunteering on wildlife sanctuaries in
Southeast Asia.
" Keeping Shabbat and kashruth in remote locations
" Finding Jews in obscure places and turning them on to Judaism
" Rescuing abandoned and injured animals
" And more!
